Elvárások / Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

• 5+ years of relevant experience in Finance, with at least 3+ years in an international Shared Service Centre (SSC) environment.
• Proven leadership capabilities with the ability to influence, prioritize, and deliver results under tight timelines.
• Strong analytical and customer-focused mindset, complemented by excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
• Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and Microsoft Office, with a demonstrated ability to generate data-driven reports.
• Fluency in English and a collaborative spirit as a team player.
• Accounts Payable experience is considered a significant advantage.
